  • Clearance items and products purchased using discount codes are not eligible for return/exchange.

💸 CHARGES

A nominal charge of ₹150 per return/exchange applies to cover logistics.

💳 REFUNDS

  • We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

  • All refunds will be provided as Store Credit (COUPON CODE) valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • If a COUPON CODE was used for your original purchase, the item cannot be returned.

🧾 Exchange Process:

  1. Submit an exchange request on our website: RAISE RETURN REQUEST

  2. A reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days.

  3. Hand over the product (with tags intact) to the pickup agent.

    • Used or damaged items will be rejected.

  4. After pickup, you’ll receive a COUPON CODE (excluding COD charges) via email within 24 hours.

  5. Use this code to place a new order for your preferred size or another item.

  6. Your New product will be shipped within 48 hours post pickup.

    • Updates will be shared via email & WhatsApp.

🚚 UNSERVICEABLE PIN-CODES / SELF-SHIP

If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup:
You can self-ship the product to the address below.

Once we receive and verify your return, your exchange/refund will be processed.

Once an order has been placed on More Fashion, it cannot be cancelled.
In all such matters, the decision taken by More Fashion shall be final and binding.
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
